The Programme

My Approach

In order to really maximize the coaching experience, the format is a series of oneonone conversations, where we meet for an hour every fortnight (or more regularly). I work together in partnership with you.

I provide you with the opportunity to explore your options and help you to see things from different perspectives by asking questions, making observations and, where necessary, challenging you to shift your thinking and behaviour.

I create a safe, nonjudgemental space in which you feel comfortable discussing any aspect of your life, business / career. The process is always forwardlooking, celebrates your abilities and aligns them with goals you set for yourself.

I offer a 6session package as a solution. It is recommended that you complete the whole programme. This covers the following structure, although this we would adapt to your own circumstances:

How It Works?

Session 1

We discuss your current situation. What’s working and not working in your life, business / career. What needs to change?

Session 2

We examine the forces that are pushing you to make changes in your life, and those that are creating uncertainty or holding you back. This allows us to address your drivers and barriers to change, to strengthen the former and reduce the latter.

Session 3

We explore a vision for your life. We will start to define a direction towards a role which will align your interests, goals, talents and experience.

Session 4

We brainstorm your professional skills and natural talents. You discover a sense of who you are, what is it you do and what your place in the world is. I will assist you in developing a clear purpose for your life which will give you greater clarity going forward.

Session 5

We examine your ‘saboteurs’. What are the little voices that tell you not to take risks, or that you are not capable of succeeding? Everyone has this, we just need to uncover what yours are saying, and then challenge it.

Session 6

The Action Plan. We assemble all the learnings into a list of next steps and make sure you have the right tools to succeed.

Beyond the Programme

Once you have completed the programme, we can discuss whether you would want to remain with me on a mentorship basis.

The difference between

Life Coaching & Therapy

The sorts of problems that Life Coaches and Therapists work on occasionally overlap, even though their work approach isn’t necessarily the same. Here are the most common differences:

THERAPIST: Past traumas to change self-destructive habits and improve quality of life by removing emotional pain.

LIFE COACH: Motivating, offering emotional support and creating confidence to bring more joy and fulfillment into everyday life.
